  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Orders are accepted only after payment confirmation (for prepaid) or successful COD verification.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
     

7. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For COD orders, additional charges may apply.

  • By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
     

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Vakaadha is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
     

9. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • A flat ₹100 return shipping fee applies.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after inspection.
     

10. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed to the original payment method.
     

11. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse our website for illegal activities.

  • You will not engage in activities such as spreading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or violating intellectual property rights.
     

12. Intellectual Property
