Vakaadha Shipping Policy
 

At Vakaadha, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping details carefully before placing an order.
 

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
     

Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.

  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 10 working days.


Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value (if applicable).


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.


Undeliverable Packages

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.

  • Reshipping may require additional charges.


Estimated Timeline (Total)

  • Order to Delivery = Processing (1–3 days) + Shipping (3–7 days, up to 10 for remote areas).

  • Average delivery window = 4–10 working days.


Jurisdiction

All shipping-related disputes will be subject to Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India jurisdiction.
