Return policy

Vakaadha, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a request.

Return Window

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must be intact.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required (from the moment you open the parcel until the product is fully shown).

  • Returns without the required video will not be accepted.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges

We only allow exchanges if:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product.

  • The unboxing video clearly shows the issue.

  • The request is made within the 3-day return window.

 Return Shipping Cost

  • For all eligible returns or exchanges, the customer must pay a flat ₹100 return shipping fee.

 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp (details below).

 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact.vakaadha@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7893153335 within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, reason, and unboxing video.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account (details will be collected during the return process).

  • Important: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider. Vakaadha is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Additional Conditions

  • For COD orders, only exchange is allowed unless the product is defective.

  • Vakaadha will not accept returns if the unboxing video is missing, tampered, or edited.

  • Vakaadha reserves the right to approve or reject any return/exchange request based on the evidence provided.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, the jurisdiction will be Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India.
